Mr. Harold Herman Walton, Jr., a beloved son, brother, and friend, entered into eternal rest on November 27, 2025, at Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia. Born on May 29, 1980, in Augusta, Georgia, and was the cherished son of the late Harold Herman Walton, Sr. and Mary Blackwell Walton. His passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. A kindhearted, devoted, and selfless soul, Harold’s bright spirit touched many lives.
Harold was educated in the Clayton County School System and graduated from North Clayton Comprehensive High School with the Class of 2000. He later established a successful career in logistics and transportation. As a self-employed professional, he exemplified diligence, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His patience and strong work ethic earned him deep respect, while his willingness to lend a helping hand endeared him to colleagues, family, and friends. Generous, supportive, and truly selfless, Harold was always there when others needed him.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Harold found joy in simple pleasures, especially music and walking. These moments brought him peace and allowed him to connect with the world around him. His warm personality, uplifting spirit, and genuine kindness made him a constant source of comfort and encouragement to those fortunate enough to know him.
Harold leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Mary Walton; one brother, Clifton Walton; and four sisters: Greta Williams, Alfreda Walton, Margie Willis, and Paula Dubois. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, including Janice Blackwell, Zelma Jones, Betty Walton, Douglas Blackwell, Ace Blackwell, Willie T. Walton, and Thomas Walton, Sr.; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Herman Walton, Sr.
As those who loved him reflect on his life, they will forever remember the compassion he extended and the light he brought into every room. His legacy of warmth and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and all who were blessed to know him.
