Paige Alexis Johnson

Paige Alexis Johnson, 34, passed away on April 7, 2026. She was born on November 2, 1991, in Bulloch County, Georgia, and was raised in Thomson, Georgia.

Paige was the beloved daughter of Brigitte Vanessa Johnson, who preceded her in death on November 4, 2003. She was lovingly raised by her godmother, Patricia Lowe, alongside her god siblings, nephews, and niece.

After the passing of her mother, Paige and her baby sister, Taffanee, moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where they were cared for by their aunt, Shanita Johnson, and cousins. Later in life, Paige moved to Washington, Georgia, where she built a life with her lifelong partner, Nicholas Smith, and was a caretaker of her aunt, Angela Mathis, until her passing.

She was known for her caring spirit and bubbly, sweet personality that everyone loved. Her smile was contagious and could light up any room the moment she entered. She was affectionately known as a “firecracker”—full of energy and strength—yet her heart was pure and full of love. She would give the shirt off her back to help others.

Paige recently joined New Sutton Temple and gave her life to Christ. She leaves to cherish her memory, her lifelong partner, Nicholas Smith; her fur babies Chop and Baby, who she loved so much; her baby sister, Taffanee Johnson; her niece, Serenity Veal-Johnson; sister-in-love Lakiecia Holloway; mother-in-love Angela Owens; goddaughter Makenzie Milton; special friends Erica Norman and Tammatha Owens; cousins, great cousins, aunts, uncles, a host of friends, and loved ones who will deeply miss her.
